it is a training process and you do not need to have special beliefs or opinions/ viewpoints.
an appreciation of 'taoism' (an ancient chinese philosophy) will help you to understand the roots and principles better.
requires time, patience and determination, and a willingness to improve personal development. you will need to be persistant and apply yourself.
